Contact and scope
Email support@ysuits.com with a privacy question or request concerning the website, YSUITS ID, or information handled in a particular YSUITS service. Identify the relevant service, organization if applicable, and the information or action concerned.
What you can ask
You can ask about access, a copy, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, withdrawal of consent, or another right available under applicable law. Rights and permitted exceptions depend on the records, jurisdiction, and responsible party. An authorized representative can contact us where the applicable rules permit representation.
Do not send passwords, full tax returns, government identifiers, full banking or card details, or unrelated confidential records in an ordinary message. We will explain any additional information needed to locate the records or establish authority.
Review and actual outcome
Receipt of a message starts review; it does not automatically export, erase, correct, or change data. We use verification appropriate to the request and risk before disclosure or a sensitive action. Requests involving an organization's records may need that organization's decision or instructions.
The response describes the scope addressed, action taken, any lawful retention or other limitation, and relevant next steps. Signing out or disabling access does not by itself erase account history, acknowledgements, audit evidence, backups, or another party's records.
Response periods and appeals
We respond within the period required by applicable law and communicate any permitted extension with the required explanation. Ordinary Texas TDPSA requests, where covered, have a 45-day period with a permitted additional 45 days; covered appeals receive a decision within 60 days.
Where CCPA applies, know/deletion/correction requests are acknowledged within 10 business days and ordinarily answered within 45 calendar days, with a permitted additional 45 days on notice. Applicable sale/sharing or sensitive-use choices are handled as soon as feasible, within 15 business days. GDPR rights requests, where applicable, ordinarily receive action within one calendar month, with a necessary extension and notice as that law provides.
To appeal an eligible decision, reply at support@ysuits.com, identify the decision, and say you are appealing. The review provides a reasoned outcome and any regulator complaint route required by applicable law. You do not need promotional consent to make a request or appeal.
