YERP

Why should people learn ERP? ERP should learn people.

YERP runs the back office of a small organization without asking the people in it to become accountants. The platform learns users. The user never learns the platform.

YERP

Who it is for

Small organizations where the work is done by whoever is there.

YERP is built for small organizations and nonprofits: community groups, food pantries, charities and small teams. Places where the person handing in a receipt may be a volunteer who has never seen accounting software, and should never need to.

Our test for every screen: a 75-year-old volunteer opens it on her phone, with no training and no instructions, and it works the first time.

For coworkers

EZ Mode: take a photo, and you are done.

EZ Mode is the only part of YERP most people ever see. One screen, one task, one button.

  • Take a photo of the receipt.
  • Answer one short question, at most. Often there is none.
  • YERP tells you plainly what it understood. Done.
  • No passwords to retype during ordinary work, no forms, no accounting words.

The intelligence is in what you don’t have to do: no form to fill in, no category to look up. YERP does the reading and the filling in, and you check what it understood.

For the back office

What finance and administrators get.

Behind EZ Mode is a full workspace for the people who are responsible for the books.

Illustration, not a screenshot. How a receipt is read: the areas YERP recognizes are outlined on the photo and the matching details are filled in for a person to check.
  • Read for you, checked by you

Each photo is read for the shop, date and amount, and the areas it read are outlined on the image. A person reviews before anything becomes a financial record.

  • Evidence stays attached

The original document stays linked to the record it produced, so every figure can be traced back to a piece of paper.

  • Separate hands where it matters

Preparing, reviewing and approving are separate steps that can be required to be separate people.

  • Set up in the browser

Roles, permissions and organization settings are managed by an authorized administrator in the product, with every change recorded.

In progress

Being built, not finished.

Work on these areas is under way. We list them so you know where YERP is going, and we will not call them done until they are.

  • Financial reporting and period close
  • HR, time and attendance
  • Payroll and benefits
  • Compliance and audit readiness
  • Grants and federal awards
  • Executive documents and publishing

Security and privacy

Plain facts, no badges.

This is how YERP is built. It is a description, not a certification.

  • Each organization is separate

Data belongs to one organization and every request is checked against it on the server.

  • Everything leaves a trail

Changes are written to an audit trail that can be added to but not rewritten.

  • Secrets stay on the server

Passwords, keys and provider credentials are never sent to the browser, and sensitive keys are stored encrypted.

  • Asked again only where the risk is

Ordinary work does not interrupt you to prove who you are. High-risk actions such as approving a payment ask again with a passkey.

  • The assistant assists

Anything the AI reads or suggests is a draft for a person to check. People approve, pay and sign.

YERP holds no third-party security or compliance certifications today. If that changes, it will be stated here with the evidence.
