Contact YSUITS about personal information handled through this website or an enabled service. If your information is in an organization's workspace, the organization may need to handle the request or coordinate with us.
Geographic scope
YSUITS services are designed, offered and marketed only for customers in the United States and are not directed to any other country or region. If you are located outside the United States, please do not register for an account. If you use the services from outside the United States, you do so on your own initiative and at your own risk and are responsible for complying with local law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability arising from use outside the United States, without limiting rights that cannot be limited by law.
Contact us about privacy
Email support@ysuits.com to request access, a copy, correction, deletion, a review of a use of your information, or an appeal of a privacy decision.
Mention the product or organization and describe what you need. To protect your information, do not send passwords, government identification numbers, bank details, tax returns or confidential documents in your initial email.
A request is reviewed for identity, authority, scope and any required retention before information is disclosed or changed. Sending an email does not itself export, erase or change product data. Read the Privacy Notice for the applicable scope and rights.
Each document explains its scope. YERP is listed as available; YTAX and YNOTE are coming soon. Publishing a notice does not launch a planned product, authorize a new disclosure or replace a required separate consent. Customer data processing terms apply only when incorporated into the relevant service agreement.

This notice covers the current public website and YSUITS ID and explains additional safeguards where children’s or education-record law applies. A YLearn learning service is not currently offered, and this notice is not a school contract, parental consent, or permission to create a child’s account.

Current website and YSUITS ID users, people asking about planned YCertificate services, and the conditions that apply before a YSUITS credential-sharing or verification service is introduced. This notice does not announce an available credential product.

These are available contract terms, not a representation that a data processing agreement or international transfer instrument has already been executed. They apply only to processing for an organization under an identifiable, binding service agreement that expressly incorporates this Addendum.
